03 — Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, source code) is the exclusive property of GR AdLab, unless stated otherwise. Client logos and visuals remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with their consent, as references. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of GR AdLab.
Any unauthorised use will be considered infringement and prosecuted under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
04 — Personal data
GR AdLab is committed to complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi n° 78-17).
Data collected
- Through the diagnostic form: name, email address, phone (optional), company and website, market, motivation and budget.
- Through Cal.com, the booking tool: name, email address, chosen slot and a summary of your diagnostic answers.
- Through Google Analytics 4: browsing data (pages visited, duration, device type), only with your consent.
Purposes
- Responding to your requests and scheduling meetings.
- Forwarding and notifying your requests (email, WhatsApp) through automation.
- Measuring website traffic to improve it.
- Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics and advertising cookies, and on the legitimate interest of GR AdLab in handling the requests you send.
Retention period
Personal data is kept for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact. Analytics data follows the retention periods set in Google Analytics 4.

- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and receipt of the diagnostic form.
- Cal.com, Inc.: online booking, synced with Google Calendar.
- Make (Celonis SE): automation and forwarding of requests.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram).
- CookieYes: cookie consent management.
These providers operate under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@gr-adlab.com. In the event of a dispute, you can contact the CNIL (French data protection authority).
05 — Cookies and trackers
- Strictly necessary, without consent: running the website and remembering your choices (display, language, consent).
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4), with consent: website traffic.
- Advertising (Google Ads, Meta pixel), with consent: campaign measurement and retargeting, managed through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode signals.

The content of this website is provided for information purposes. GR AdLab strives to keep it accurate, without being able to guarantee that it is complete or always up to date, and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the website.
08 — Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
